REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee!

We guarantee a product free of defect or product damage, to include any damage incurred during shipping, or we will replace it at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the item at jenny@palmandpalette.com. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please include in your request, the order number and a minimum of 5 photographs if the item received is defective or was damaged during shipping. Return requests without photographs will not be approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be approved.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
